"Serious Threat" at NMU

Please keep everyone at Northern Michigan University, and the surrounding areas (Which include a hospital and many schools) in your thoughts and prayers this morning.

According to an article posted on WLUCTV6's website, someone posted online that they would "shoot up" campus today at 10 am. Thankfully, someone reported it and Northern was able to take the necessary precautions and locked down the entire campus/surrounding area. All classes are canceled. I've already contacted my friends there and they and their friends and family are safely off campus.

Very worried right now, but I have faith in the police force and hope everything will come to a resolution with nobody hurt.
